Step into the wild British classic, once you enter the experience you are transported to the hotel. You're welcomed by Manuel into the restaurant... eventually... whilst Basil is trying to help explain to him how to serve the customers. You're served a lovely 3-course meal... well most people are! It's not a real Faulty experience without utter chaos. It's a couple hours of living the iconic British Classic. The food is also very good! Leave full of food and full of joy. The dining experience has been running for 13 years, 25 years touring the world and the fact it's based in a hotel is just fabulous.

The actors full embody their characters; they are ready for every interaction and reaction. There is no minute they step out of character. Their improvisation skills and understanding of their characters is remarkable. Of course, there are so many references to the show, such as Basil's iconic 'Naughty Basil' where he hits himself repeatedly. However, you don't need to have seen the TV programme to have a good time and find the content funny. It's a great experience start to finish. The comic timing is top standard, the relationships between the characters is just spot on!
